Given below are the minutes of the meeting of the above parish council held in the Communal Room, Cherry Tree, Bridport, on 14th January 2020. The meeting commenced at 7.30pm.

3. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
The Chairman asked if everyone had both received and read the minutes of the last meeting, if so, were they a true record. ALL AGREED that the minutes were a true record. The minutes were duly signed.
4. MATTERS ARISING FROM THOSE MINUTES
None
5. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Drains corner of Hospital Lane and North Allington – it is urgent but they have marked it as routine – it floods badly
Cherry Lane, footpath needs clearing
6. FINANCE REPORT
a) Current acct: £6,671.09 savings acct: £7,609.86
b)The following cheques were authorised by the council: Clerk’s wages (for past month) £314 HMRC £1.60
7. PLANNING APPLICATIONS
None
8. NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN
No further update – going to Referendum.
9. CHERRY TREE PLAY AREA
No Don present. Play Area appears fine.
10. WOODLAND TRUST PLAY AREA REPORT
All fine, just muddy.
11. COOPERS WOOD
Cathy informed all that it was hoped that work to the well being area would start in February. Planning to revamp Coopers Circle, may need to pay contractors to do it as don’t seem to have anyone with a chainsaw that can undertake it.
AONB are doing a promotional event on site on Fri 28th Feb when the horses will also be logging.
