There were none.

5. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Sewage running through Allington Gardens – up through manhole – contractor came out to deal with it.
Cathy said that she thought DCC were out measuring the levels in the road but this may have been connected with the field rather than the road. Co-Housing had said they would pay towards the road improvements, but will they. It’s surely going to cost a lot more than suggested. Parish Council agreed that it was likely to be considerably more but no more we can do until we see the plans which are yet to be submitted.
Not everyone had received the housing survey (neighbourhood plan) in the locality.
Local Plan – not everyone seems to be aware of this. One resident got some leaflets printed up and put through some doors to make people aware. Chairman made people aware that there are no firm proposals for any of the sites as yet. Chairman gave further general information on this subject. Three posible sites are in the parish of Allington. The Parish Council will not be supporting this. The Neighbourhood Plan has been asked to look at all areas. Sal Robinson reiterated that there are two lots of ‘looking at plans’ going on at the moment – the Neighbourhood Plan and the Local Plan. There will be a huge consultation going on through the summer
Member of the public asked who is responsible for the reflective markers – they were put there to mark where the drains are as cant find them to clear them when flooded

6. BRIDPORT CO-HOUSING – REP FOR ALLOCATION PANEL
It was Proposed by Cllr Beer and Seconded by Cllr Bowditch that Phil Lathey be the rep when the allocation panel was formed.

7. DONKEY LANE
Land Registry Tribunal, at this point in time, is going ahead. My Raymond has to respond with evidence for his case by 24th March.
