Given below are the minutes of the meeting of the above parish held at Cherry Tree Communal Room, Allington on 8 May 2018. The meeting commenced at 7.30pm.
PRESENT: Cllr Lathey, Cllr. Bowditch, Cllr Wrighton, Cllr Beer, Cllr Trott,Cllr Gay 4 members of the public. Mrs A Stephenson recorded the minutes.

2. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
The Chairman asked if everyone had both received and read the minutes of the last meeting, if so, were they a true record. ALL AGREED.The minutes were duly signed and dated.
3. MATTERS ARISING FROM THOSE MINUTES
None
4. CHAIRMAN’S REPORT
This has been yet another busy year. Things are progressing in various ways. There has been some very good work underaken by the Hillbillies on Allington Hill as well as lots of involvement from the public at their various events. A small amount of land has been vut out by a landoner by the side of the hill which has improved the lane.
Digging at the land next to the hospital will supposedly start soon with regards to the new housing development.
We have battled over the last year and more with reagrds to Donkey Lane and getting it established back as a footpath. DCC are in the long process of getting this established.
All in all it has been a busy year.
Symondsbury PC are having a meeting tonight with regards to the proposed boundary changes with Bridport Town Council.
