Various letters have been received from Mr Raymond’s Solicitor and Land Registry confirming that Mr Raymond has withdrawn his application for posession fo this land due to DCC’s ruling that the land in question is a byway. However, there have already been issues with Mr Raymond causing an obstruction with his vehicles meaning that the tractors have had difficulties gaining access to their field.
